Justin Weed, known for his professionalism, was born in Hampton, Virginia. He went to Gregory Portland High School, where he excelled in academics, football, and track. Hard work became a core part of his life as he tirelessly managed his studies and sports commitments.
Hard work and leadership paved the road for Justin; he attended Texas Lutheran University, where his football talent flourished, and eventually transferred to Texas State University. However, his life compass steered him to serving his country, leaving university to join the Marine Corps.
The Marines introduced Justin Weed to a new facet of life. He served as a scout sniper, witnessing and experiencing situations that required courage, problem-solving, and leadership. His tenacity and adaptability were tested during two deployments in Afghanistan; nevertheless, his relentless spirit stood tall.
Finishing his service honorably after four years, the professionalism and leadership he cultivated prepared him for his next step. He returned to Texas State University, focusing on construction science and management. Hard work always pays off, as was the case with Justin, as he graduated, paving his first official step into the construction industry.
